As a breakfast chef, you are responsible for our guests’ first meal. With a smile and passion, you will also prepare egg dishes for our guests and give them the best culinary start to the day.
That’s what you do in your job:
- You prepare the egg dishes in the show cooking area of the breakfast buffet
- You prepare the breakfast buffet
- You check the breakfast buffet

That’s what you do in your job:
- You are responsible for the smooth service process in the morning to offer each of our guests an excellent start to the day
- You prepare the breakfast station in the restaurant and the terrace – also for the colleagues in the lunch service
- You assign our apprentices according to their individual skills and abilities
- You are responsible for maintaining and further developing our quality standards
Reception & Reservation
Together with your colleagues at reception, you are the point of contact for our national and international guests. Whether by phone, email or directly in the front office, your warm hospitality will ensure that our guests – active vacationers, business travelers, city breakers, group travelers, families or seminar guests – have an unforgettable experience at Simm’s Hotel. From the first “Welcome” on the phone, an unforgettable vacation offer, a smile at check-in or support with questions about your stay to a “Goodbye”, you will delight our guests.
Do you enjoy communicating with guests and like to organize? As a receptionist, you will be responsible for checking guests in and out together with the front office team. As a communicative person, you are also the first point of contact for our guests during their stay – whether it’s about opening times in the restaurant, a place of interest or an event around the hotel. With warm hospitality, organizational skills and local knowledge, our reception team works closely with the other departments such as service, kitchen and housekeeping to ensure an unforgettable stay.
That’s what you do in your job:

Housekeeping
Support us with cleanliness and order – be it in the sales, office or sanitary areas or in housekeeping in our guests’ rooms and suites. Do you have a keen sense of hygiene and are you precise and tidy? Work with our team to ensure the satisfaction of our national and international customers and our employees.
Do you love the smell of clean bed linen and freshly cleaned rooms? Are you precise, attentive and organized? Then you’ve come to the right place – keep the guest rooms and public areas of our hotel tidy and clean and show off your knowledge of cleaning products. Join our team and ensure the satisfaction of our national and international guests, corporate clients and employees.
That’s what you do in your job:
- You clean and prepare the arrival, stay and departure rooms so that our guests enter the room with a smile every time
- You are responsible for the careful and correct use of cleaning agents on various materials and surfaces.
- You regularly restock and replenish the products in the room and the minibar at
- You have a trained eye for quality and hygiene standards
